I'm Back!!

Yes, Yes, Yes, finally my computer is home from the repair man and I'm feeling so much better and ever so happy!!! - life was very miserable not being able to digi scrap. To be fair it was probably a good time for my laptop to be at the Dr's 'cos I too was feeling very poorly - lost 3 days in bed due to illness and struggled for the next week. My medicine came in the way of a lovely weekend shared with my BFF and our extended group of scrapping buddies. A weekend of laughter, giggles and warm friendship cures all!! and today I managed four layouts - here is a peek!

...there is a funny story to go with this page....I created this page using Creative Memories Vintage Romance combined with some embellishments from LitaBelle Designs just 'cos I loved the colours. The next day Judy and I went out to do some experimenting with our cameras. I decided to add a few of the photos we took to this layout.... and when I did.. I couldn't believe how colour co-ordinated everything was!! Unbelievable!!

I've been experimenting a lot since completing my photography course and this layout was done using some photos I took yesterday of my friend's 2 daughters and their pet lamb - sadly only 1 daughter would play the game but I am happy with the results. Layout created mainly using Creative Memories Delight Digital Kit.

I also got to play with two of Macy Goode's latest kits - the Orchard Digital Kit and the Weathered Cardboard Alpha....there are also two other alpha's that co-ordinate with this kit - be sure to check them out!

...and here are two layouts I created with these fabulous kits - more photos of the little Cutie with her lamb (who btw is called - Mary) and my gorgeous friends on our weekend away.

I am leaving 'love' everywhere I find you Chris! It is so GOOD to see you back up and running again. :D Just LOVE that first layout and had to laugh when reading about how serendipitous the colour match was! Gotta love that!!! Your photography course looks like it was a good one - I just LOOOOOVE that Lamb photo - the twinkly eyes, the backlit hair, the tilt of the lamb's head - all fantastic. Whoever said never work with children or animals didn't have your 'touch'!
